Mental Health
In its simplest form, mental health refers to our overall psychological and emotional well-being. It encompasses our ability to handle stress, regulate our emotions, maintain healthy relationships, and cope with the challenges of life. Good mental health allows us to function effectively in our daily lives, make meaningful contributions to society, and experience a sense of fulfillment and purpose. On the other hand, poor mental health can lead to a range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and other mental health disorders.
